Welcome to The Club Made (“we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
1. Products
1.1. We sell two primary categories of goods:

Digital Products: Crochet patterns provided in PDF or similar digital format.

Physical Products: Yarns and related merchandise.
2. Digital Products (Patterns)
2.1. Non-Refundable – All sales of crochet patterns are final. Once purchased, digital downloads cannot be refunded, exchanged, or canceled.
2.2. License of Use – Patterns are sold for personal use only. You may create finished products from the patterns for personal enjoyment or small-scale sale, but you may not:

Resell, distribute, or share the pattern in any format.

Claim the pattern as your own work.

Create derivative works for resale based on the original pattern instructions.
2.3. No Duplicate Purchases – Customers are responsible for ensuring they do not purchase the same pattern multiple times. Duplicate purchases will not be refunded.
3. Physical Products (Yarns and Merchandise)
3.1. Returns & Exchanges – We accept returns or exchanges for physical items (excluding yarns that have been opened or used) within [14/30] days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Customers must contact us before sending any return.
3.1(a). Store Credit Only – Approved returns will be issued in the form of store credit of equal value, which may be used toward future purchases. No cash refunds will be provided.
3.2. Condition of Returned Goods – Returned products must be in resaleable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product was faulty or incorrect upon delivery.
4. Shipping
4.1. Processing Time – Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [7 business days].
4.2. International Shipping – We ship internationally in accordance with standard international shipping practices and regulations. Shipping costs, duties, customs fees, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4.3. Delivery Time – Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other external factors beyond our control.
4.4. Lost or Damaged Parcels – If an item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Claims for lost or damaged items must be submitted within [14 days] of the delivery date.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content on The Club Made’s website, including patterns, designs, images, text, and branding, is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to issues with pattern interpretation or delays in international shipping.
7. Governing Law
7.1. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
