The Club Made - Shipping Policy

Processing time

We pack and ship all physical items (yarn, kits and accessories) twice a week, every Monday and Friday.

Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed before it leaves our warehouse. Orders placed after a dispatch day's cut-off will go out on the next one, so an order placed on Tuesday ships that Friday.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. Delivery times start from the dispatch date, not the order date.

If a dispatch day falls on a public holiday, your order will ship on the next scheduled dispatch day.

Carriers and service

For tracked deliveries within Singapore and worldwide. Rates are calculated on the higher of gross or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000).

Domestic shipping (Singapore)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–6 working days

  • Rates: SGD 2.50 for 0.10–3.00 kg, then +SGD 0.50 per kg above 3.00 kg.

  • Non-serviceable/restricted areas include: Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ), Jurong Island/Jurong Port (PSA restricted/shipyards), MINDEF/Army camps, Ministries/DSTA, Embassies.

International shipping

  • Estimated delivery: typically 8–16 working days excluding customs clearance.

Duties & taxes

Shipping to the EU: Import VAT & Handling Fees

Since July 2021, all goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT, regardless of order value (the previous €22 tax-free threshold no longer applies). As we are not registered for the EU's IOSS scheme, we are unable to collect this VAT at checkout.

Instead, we ship to the EU on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis:

  • VAT and any applicable customs duties are charged by your country's customs authority when your parcel arrives, not by us.
  • Your local courier (DHL, UPS, national postal service, etc.) may also add a small handling or clearance fee for processing this. These fees are set independently by the courier and customs authority, so we're unable to predict or control the exact amount.

Without IOSS registration, any VAT we collected at checkout couldn't be properly remitted at the EU border, which could cause delays or double charges. Shipping DDU keeps your checkout price simple and transparent: you pay the standard price at checkout, and any import charges are handled directly by the authorities responsible for them.

By placing an order for delivery to the EU, you acknowledge that additional VAT and courier handling fees may apply upon delivery, and that these are the customer's responsibility.

International orders

May be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes at destination, payable by the recipient. If the consignee refuses to pay, any charges billed by the carrier will be passed through to the customer.
