Processing time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and Singapore public holidays). A tracking email will be sent once your order is dispatched.

Carriers and service

For tracked deliveries within Singapore and worldwide. Rates are calculated on the higher of gross or volumetric weight (L × W × H in cm ÷ 5000).

Domestic shipping (Singapore)

• Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days

• Rates: SGD 4.50 for 0.10–3.00 kg, then +SGD 0.50 per kg above 3.00 kg.

• Non-serviceable/restricted areas include: Changi Airport Cargo (FTZ), Jurong Island/Jurong Port (PSA restricted/shipyards), MINDEF/Army camps, Ministries/DSTA, Embassies.

 

International shipping

• Estimated delivery: typically 4–10 working days excluding customs clearance.

• Prices are based on country-specific zones (Zones 1–8) or customised lanes where applicable, as per Aramex. The price grid below shows the starting rates for parcels (non-documents) up to 0.5 kg, 1.0 kg, and 2.0 kg. For heavier parcels, charges continue by weight tier per the carrier’s matrix.

 

Duties & taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, or local taxes at destination, payable by the recipient. If the consignee refuses to pay, any charges billed by the carrier will be passed through to the customer.

Loss & insurance

Standard carrier liability is limited to USD 100 per international shipment and USD 25 per domestic shipment. If you need higher protection, contact us before checkout to add optional coverage (up to USD 10,000).
