Refunds & Returns

We want you to love everything you get from The Club Made. If something isn’t right with your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can help.

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding postage) or swap, as long as the items are:

  • in their original packaging

  • unused and in new condition

  • with all tags still attached

Items returned in used condition can’t be refunded or exchanged, and if you’d like them sent back to you, you’ll need to cover the return postage.

Unless we’ve said otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds or replacements don’t apply to everyday wear and tear.

If you’d like an exchange, you’ll just need to cover the additional shipping fee. We’ll send your replacement once your original item arrives back with us and the postage has been arranged.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll sort it out for you.

Please include your order number, name, and email with your return (these can be found in your confirmation email). This helps us process your refund or exchange quickly.

Refunds are usually processed much sooner, but please allow up to 4 weeks for the full process:

  • 5–10 business days for your return to reach us

  • 3–5 business days for us to process it

  • 5–10 business days for your bank to complete the refund
